David was an amazing inspector. Very thorough & explained everything in simple yet extensive detail. Report came back next day. Seriously.. I don’t think the guy would have missed if a single grain of rice fell in the vent. He was awesome!! He was also very ethical. I am buying a FSBO & owner was there for inspection. David kindly refused to answer all the questions owner had & only gave inspection details to me. Highly recommend! Thank you David & Tami!
