WHAT IS AN ELEVEN-MONTH WARRANTY INSPECTION?

Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. We'll come out at the eleventh month of the purchase of a new home and perform a full home inspection before the builder's warranty expires.

WHY DO I NEED AN ELEVEN-MONTH WARRANTY INSPECTION?
