The Sewer Scope Inspection includes inspecting the condition of the home sewer line, and to identify components in need of immediate repair. The inspection will include the following: a proper access into the sewer line will be obtained, a camera device is then inserted into the sewer line, the inspection process is recorded, and a report is created to outline the findings. An electronic copy of the recording is then provided to the homeowner/buyer. The evaluation will be based on visual observations and based upon data collected from the inspection camera equipment.
